Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit the NZXT Support portal and log into your account to select the specific order and items you wish to return for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team, securely attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your hardware to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
