How long does it take to ship my custom PC?
Custom PC builds typically undergo a 48-hour assembly and rigorous testing process. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is covered under the NZXT warranty?
We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all PC components and a 3-year warranty on our BLD custom systems, covering both parts and labor for hardware defects.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for hardware and peripherals in their original packaging. Please note that custom BLD systems may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout for specific regional availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Affirm for qualifying customers.
